If you live in Puerto Rico please follow this steps:
1. In the address section enter your address and include, PR or Puerto Rico. For Example: 123 Calle Amapola, Puerto Rico.
2. In the State option select Pennsylvania or PA.
3. In country select United States and in zip code enter the one that belongs to your city.
This method does not always work at 100%.
However it worked for me!! 👌
